1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the tb44 platform at https://tb44.vip, including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the tb44 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, form the complete and binding legal agreement between you (the player) and tb44. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion or game, the specific promotion or game terms shall prevail with respect to that specific matter only.

tb44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tb44 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The tb44 platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. tb44 operates as an 18+ only platform. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may only hold one registered account on tb44. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. tb44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have previously self-excluded from tb44 or be subject to any active exclusion period. Attempting to register a new account while under a self-exclusion period is a violation of these terms.

tb44 reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on tb44, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. All information submitted must be truthful and must match the identity documents you will provide during any verification process.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

tb44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its commitment to security and regulatory best practice. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or photo of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registration name matching your tb44 account name)

Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period following a request from tb44 may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges. tb44 is not liable for any losses arising from delays caused by incomplete KYC submissions.

3.2 Login Credentials & Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. tb44 strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (OTP) where available on your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Contact tb44 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

tb44 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from tb44 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

3.3 Account Name Policy

The name on your tb44 account must match the name on your government-issued ID and the name associated with your registered payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank account, etc.). tb44 does not permit anonymous accounts or accounts registered under pseudonyms. Accounts found to be misregistered under a false name may be permanently closed and balances forfeited pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tb44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The tb44 platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at tb44's discretion — refer to the payment methods section of the platform for the current list.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Deposits are credited to your tb44 wallet instantly in the vast majority of cases. In rare instances involving network delays, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your account balance.
• tb44 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tb44 accepts no responsibility.
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and any funds deposited from a third-party source will be reversed and the account reviewed.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within five business minutes to five business hours, depending on the payment method and any pending KYC requirements.
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name, matching the name on your tb44 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• tb44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large withdrawal amounts.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions are satisfied in full.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

The tb44 wallet operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion step for players depositing from Bangladeshi payment methods. All bet limits, bonus amounts, and withdrawal thresholds are expressed in BDT. tb44 is not responsible for exchange rate differences if a player uses an international card method that applies its own conversion rates.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

By placing any bet or wager on tb44 — whether on cricket, football, live casino games, slots, Aviator, the Wheel game, or any other product — you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game or betting rules and that you accept the outcome as final subject to the provisions set out below.

5.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation and tb44 is not obligated to honour odds that were displayed due to a technical error or pricing anomaly.
• In the event of a match or fixture being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, tb44's settlement rules for that market type will apply. Generally, bets on abandoned fixtures are voided and stakes returned, unless sufficient play has occurred for the market to have a natural result per tb44's sport-specific settlement rules.
• tb44 reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, data feed failure, or corrupt market.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. Acceptance of in-play bets is subject to system availability and tb44 accepts no liability for bets that were not confirmed prior to the occurrence of a relevant in-play event.

5.2 Casino Games

• All casino games — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and random outcomes.
• The outcome of any casino game is final and cannot be reversed once the game round has completed. If a technical fault interrupts a game round before completion, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within the game interface prior to play commencing.
• tb44 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager.

5.3 Crash Games & Wheel

Crash games including Aviator (by Spribe) and the tb44 Wheel game operate on independently certified multiplier algorithms. Each round's outcome is provably fair and independently verifiable. Results are final and tb44 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to cash out before the crash event or multiplier resolution.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

tb44 offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) will be specified in the individual bonus offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each offer.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in a player's account at any given time. If a player claims a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active, the previous bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through techniques including but not limited to placing opposing bets, using multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or systematic low-risk strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine play exposure constitutes bonus abuse. tb44 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
• Promotional Offers: Seasonal and event-based promotions (for example, BPL season offers, Eid bonus events, or Pohela Boishakh promotions) are made available at tb44's discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or extended at any time.
• Free Bets: Free bets must be used as a single bet of the stated value. Winnings from free bets are paid as real cash without the free bet stake. Free bets expire if not used within the stated validity period.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on tb44, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — namely, personal entertainment through lawful betting and gaming activities. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment credentials, chargebacks on legitimate deposits, or any form of payment fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using tb44 as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. tb44 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and may report suspicious financial activity.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on tb44 under any circumstances.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in any casino game, poker variant, or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the tb44 platform without human input.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are considered void.
• Abusive Conduct: Using offensive, threatening, or harassing language toward tb44 support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the tb44 platform for any commercial purpose, including advertising, marketing, or affiliate activity not explicitly authorised in writing by tb44.

tb44 employs monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns, suspicious account activity, and potential fraud. Accounts flagged by these systems may be temporarily restricted pending investigation. tb44 will make reasonable efforts to resolve investigations promptly and communicate outcomes to the account holder.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by tb44

tb44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity
• Evidence of bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotions
• Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 18
• Accounts registered in violation of the single-account policy

Where an account is closed by tb44 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining balance may be forfeited pending the outcome of tb44's investigation. Where no breach is established and the closure is made at tb44's commercial discretion, any verifiable real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your tb44 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure is finalised, tb44 will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance. Any active bonuses and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion options of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent closure are available. Once a self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be reversed or shortened during the chosen term. tb44 will make all reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion across its platform. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. tb44 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy maintenance fee of ৳100 on dormant accounts where a balance exists. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees commence. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any pending KYC requirements.
